Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Auburn, NH, for the detailed inspection and preliminary design for the rehabilitation of the bridge carrying East Thetford Road over Connecticut River between the Towns of Lyme, NH and Thetford, VT, for a total amount not to exceed $333,483. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 90% Federal, 10% Other (State Of VT) Funds.
