Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for construction of a park and ride facility with approximately 200 parking spaces off US 202 in Rochester, on the basis of a low bid of $1,349,572.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $134,957.26 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 18, 2014. 80% Federal , 20% Turnpike Funds.
