Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement and bridge rehabilitation work along 6 miles of I-93 in Ashland and Plymouth, on the basis of a low bid of $8,978,870.91. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $448,943.55 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
