TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Pignatelli, seconded by Councilor Burton voted to table this item for further information. After more information was obtained, the item was removed from the table for discussion on motion of Councilor Pignatelli, seconded by Councilor Van Ostern. After discussion, the Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Pappas, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli voted to table the request to enter into an agreement with Reverend Grace Rosado, Manchester, NH, for the provision of spiritual services to the detained and adjudicated youth at the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, in an amount not to exceed $65,000. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
