TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Pappas, seconded by Councilor Burton, voted to table the request of the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control and Division of Community Based Care Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to enter into an agreement with Goodwin Community Health, Somersworth, NH, to improve regional public health emergency preparedness and substance misuse prevention and related health promotion capacity, and implement school-based influenza clinics, in an amount not to exceed $334,092. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 91.42% Federal, 4.39% General, 4.19% Other Funds.
