Authorize to exercise a contract extension option with Computer Associates Inc., Islandia, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6-4-08, item #4), on behalf of the Department of Safety, the Department of Employment Security and the Department of Health and Human Services, for mainframe, networking and software management licenses, by increasing the amount by $2,229,611 from $2,787,241 to $5,107,852, and by extending the end date of June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2016. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) Funds: the class 27 used by the agencies to reimburse DoIT for this work if 24.87% Highway, 46.96% Federal, 28.17% General Funds.
