Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with First Data Government Solutions, Cincinnati, OH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-25-03, item #53), for hosting and supporting the Department of Revenue Administration’s electronic filing application, by increasing the amount by $214,960 from $1,293,480 to $1,508,440, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2015. 100% Other (Class 027) funds: The Agency Class 27 funds used by the Department of Revenue to reimburse DoIT for the expenditure is 100% General Funds.
