Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with PbS Learning Institute Inc., Braintree, MA, for continued participation in the Council of Juvenile Correctional Administrators Performance-based Standards for Youth Correction and Detention facilities for SFY 2014 and 2015 in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
