Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to enter into a grant agreement with Elliot Health Systems, Manchester, NH, under which the Division of Public Health Services will provide six portable ventilators and necessary accessories valued at $41,940 to enhance respiratory medical capacity in response to a large-scale health emergency, using funding supported by the federal Department of Homeland Security Grant to NH. Effective upon G&C approval and until the grant agreement is terminated by one of the parties. 100% Other (Homeland Security Grant) Funds.
