Description
Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control and the Division of Community Based Care Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, to enter into an agreement with the Town of Derry, NH, to improve regional public health emergency preparedness and substance misuse prevention and related health promotion capacity, in an amount not to exceed $302,326. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 95% Federal, 5% General Funds.
