Authorize to enter into an agreement with the Brain Injury Association of NH, Concord, NH, to support initiatives that increase the capacity to serve persons with brain injuries in the community in an amount not to exceed $817,800. (2)Further authorize to make a minimum advance payment up to a maximum of one-twelfth of the contract price.
