Authorize to amend an award of grant funds to the Retail Merchants Association of NH, (originally approved by G&C on 12-8-10, item #71, in the amount of $2,000,000), for the purpose of partnering with Jordan Institute to expand its 2009 Energy Efficiency program designed for retail businesses, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2014. No Additional Funding. 100% Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Fund (GHGERF).
