Authorize the Division of Economic Development to amend a sole source contract with Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-16-11, item #57), to further develop, implement and manage energy efficiency training programs, by extending the completion date to December 31, 2013 from June 30, 2013. No Additional Funding. 100% Agency Income (Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Fund).
