Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Fulcrum Associates, LLC, Amherst, NH for a total price not to exceed $4,183,580, for Patrol Shed Replacement located in Londonderry, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $600,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $150,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds
