Authorize to amend an agreement with Wright-Pierce, Portsmouth, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 8-11-10, item #39), for on-call historic resource services for projects related to the reconstruction and/or removal of certain dams owned by the State, by increasing the amount by $100,000 to $250,000 from $150,000, and by extending the end date to December 31, 2016 from December 31, 2013. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
