Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing statewide civil/structural engineering consultant agreement with H.L. Turner Group Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/12/22, Item #79), by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 and increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $150,000 from $500,000 to $650,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
