Authorize to renew a sole source contract with The National Center for the Improvement of Educational Assessment Inc., Dover, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-11-12, item #90), to provide technical assistance for the NH State assessment, accountability, and educator evaluation systems, in an amount not to exceed $388,695.
