Authorize to grant funds to the Nashua Adult Learning Center, Nashua, NH, in the amount of $815,818, to provide adult basic education/ESL, English Language/Civics Education classes and training for volunteers to work one-on-one with undereducated adults coordinated from the Nashua, Adult Learning Center, the Learning Center Annex in Nashua and in students’ homes, as well as counseling services for ABE students, advanced ESOL students, and high school equivalency graduates transitioning to community colleges, 4-year colleges and universities. (2)Further authorize unencumbered payment with internal accounting control. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
