Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to enter into a contract with America’s Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network, Brockton, MA, to provide youth services, employment, and training, as defined in Public Law 105-220 in three communities in the State of NH (Laconia, Manchester and Nashua), in an amount not to exceed $992,007.68. (2)Further authorize to make advanced monthly payments for services provided. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Workforce Incentive Funds.
