Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a contract with WBIN Media Co., Inc., Portsmouth, NH, for the purpose of the creation, production, distribution, and promotion of radio announcements focusing on the importance of “sharing the road” and on upcoming motorcycle rider training courses, in an amount not to exceed $45,000. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2013. 100% Agency Income.
