Authorize the Division of State Police to exercise a two-year contract renewal option with Joe Brigham Inc., d/b/a JBI Helicopter Services, Pembroke, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 9-9-09, item #112B), to provide scheduled maintenance and inspections of the State Police Bell 407 helicopter as well as the Bell Helicopter Annual Re-Currency Pilot Training, the training is conducted by Bell Helicopter at JBI’s facility and the cost is determined on the total number of pilots enrolled in the class, by increasing the amount not to exceed $67,000 from $116,000 to $183,000. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 81% Highway, 19% Turnpike Funds.
