Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to amend a contract with the Southern NH Planning Commission, Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-25-11, item #143), to continue its work relative to completing the Concord-Manchester Transit Feasibility Study, Piscataquog Watershed Crossing Vulnerability Assessment, and MTA/CART Systems Connection Study (continue quantifying demand for travel, develop conceptual alternative for connection), by extending the completion date from June 30, 2013 to March 31, 2014. No Additional Funding.
