Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with A.B. Logging Inc., Lancaster, NH, for construction of a new scenic overlook on the south side of US 302 in Carroll, on the basis of a low bid of $704,869.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $35,243.49 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 18, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
