Authorize to enter into contracts with qualified attorneys in the State to provide for the representation of indigent defendants when the Public Defender Program is disqualified or not able to provide representation due to caseload limitations, totaling $3,400,000. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% General Funds.
