Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease amendment with Belknap County, Laconia, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #34C), for courtroom and office space for the Belknap County Superior Court, Laconia, NH, in an amount not to exceed $459,312. The lease amendment extends the term for two years and reduces the current demise of 19,959 square feet to 16,999 square feet resulting in an annual savings of $39,989. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
