Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with Sal’s Kitchen Realty LLC, Lawrence, MA, to provide courtroom and office space for the 9th Circuit-District Division-Milford Courthouse comprised of approximately 5,700 square feet, Milford, NH, in an amount not to exceed $160,968. (2)Further authorize a waiver from the “Clean Air” testing requirement. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
