Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Plaistow, NH to provide courtroom and office space for the Plaistow Circuit Court comprised of approximately 3,784 square feet, Plaistow, NH, in an amount not to exceed $86,880. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
