Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Salem, providing courtroom and office space for the Salem Circuit Court comprised of approximately 21,480 square feet, in an amount not to exceed $1,589,361.72. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
