Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with T. Buck Construction Inc., Auburn, ME, for the Glencliff Home Administration Building Addition, Benton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $321,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 15, 2014. 100% Capital – General Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $36,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $357,000. 44% Capital – General, 56% Operating – General Funds. (3)Further authorize the amount of $9,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for Capital Clerk oversight services provided, bringing the total to $366,500. 100% Capital – General Funds.
