Authorize to amend item #45, originally approved by G&C on June 20, 2012, by re-allocating funds in the amount of $280,000 from the Federal Bureau of Justice Assistance, federal fiscal year 2009 ARRA Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program which is utilized to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal ARRA Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 7, 2013.
