Description
Authorize the Disability Determination Unit to enter into an agreement with Jill Weyant, RN, to provide services as a Disability Determination Reviewer in an amount not to exceed $64,200. Effective July 1, 2013, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
