Authorize to enter into a contract with Louis Karno & Company LLC, Concord, NH, to develop a Strategic Communication Plan and Products that assist Office of Minority Health and Refugee Affairs in creating awareness of the factors that influence the health of NH residents, in an amount not to exceed $24,100. Effective June 6, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through August 31, 2013.
