Authorize to enter into an agreement with Reverend Grace Rosado, Manchester, NH, for the provision of spiritual services to the detained and adjudicated youth at the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, in an amount not to exceed $65,000. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
