Authorize to enter into an agreement with Keystone Peer Review Organization, Inc., Harrisburg, PA, to provide prior authorization, service limit override, and other Medicaid benefit determination services for NH’s Medicaid Fee for service Program beneficiaries, in an amount not to exceed $611,175.06. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C, whichever is later, through June 30, 2016, with the option for two, two-year extensions of the contract. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
