Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Chronic Disease Prevention and Screening Section, Breast and Cervical Cancer Program to enter into an agreement with Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH, to provide a comprehensive screening program for the early detection of breast and cervical cancer in greater Manchester, in an amount not to exceed $184,000. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
