Authorize the Bureau of Population Health & Community Services, Healthy Eating & Physical Activity Section, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, to enter into an agreement with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH, to provide Women, Infants and Children, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, and Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program services to low income women, children, and seniors, in an amount not to exceed $656,504. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
