Authorize to hold a Hunter Education Volunteer Recognition and Training Seminar on June 22, 2013, for a total cost of $4,590. (2)Further authorize to purchase volunteer recognition awards for a cost not to exceed $1,000 to be presented to volunteer instructors at this event. (3)Further authorize to pay the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 2009 d/b/a Lebanon Elks Lodge, $3,590 to provide facilities, refreshments and a lunch buffet for the Hunter Education Volunteer Recognition Banquet and Seminar on June 22, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
