Authorize to grant funds to Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $294,844.72, to provide English as a Second Language classes at the Latin American Center, Manchester, NH, English for New Americans at the First Congregational Church, Manchester, NH, will provide Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language classes in the Seacoast area, as well as counseling services for ABE students, advanced ESOL Students, and high school equivalency graduates transitioning to community colleges, 4-year colleges and universities. (2)Further authorize unencumbered payment of said grant with internal accounting control. Effective September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
