Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Mount Vernon, for the installation of an automatic transfer switch and completion of wiring from a town-owned generator to the switch, for a total amount of $40,276. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
