Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son, Inc., Conway, NH, on the basis of the lowest responsive bid of $902,658.80 for stone box culvert replacement under NH 109A in Tuftonboro, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $90,265.88, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 21, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Other Funds
