Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New York Bituminous Products Corp., Chester, NY, for pavement preservation resurfacing treatment along a section of I-93 and of I-293 roadway in Manchester, on the basis of a low bid of $1,648,844. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $164,884.40 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 6, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
