Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into a contract with Advance Transit Inc., Wilder, VT, to undertake certain transportation related planning activities, in the amount of $52,560. Effective July 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
