Description

Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with RLS & Associates Inc., Dayton, OH, for the development, management and implementation of the NH Rural Transit Assistance Program, for an amount not to exceed $475,557. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, with the option of two one year renewals. 100% Federal Funds.
