Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Dover, NH to operate a single point of entry Doorway for individuals seeking access to substance use-related services and supports, with a price limitation of $7,163,000, of which $5,263,000 is a share amount for unmet and flexible needs funding among all nine Doorway contractors.
