Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with America’s Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/22, Item #33A), to continue providing competency and credit earning tutoring to the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $250,000 from $650,000 to $900,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
