Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to enter into an agreement with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to design, conduct and evaluate Alternate Care Sites workshops and ACS functional exercises in the 13 Public Health Regions in NH, in an amount not to exceed $136,900. Effective May 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later through June 30, 2014. 100% Other – US DHS through NH DOS, 100% Federal Funds.
