Authorize to amend an agreement with Research Triangle Institute, Research Triangle Park, NC, for collection of information on catch by marine recreational anglers (originally approved by G&C on 9-19-12, item #81), to clarify that RTI will directly reimburse NH Fish and Game Department employees for travel costs they personally incurred for travel to meetings required under the agreement. Effective upon G&C approval.
