Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Q.E.D. Foundation, Amherst, NH, to provide Extended Learning Opportunities training and technical assistance to SPDG Regional Intermediary trainers and LEA teams in each region under the State Personnel Development Grant, in an amount not to exceed $70,000. Effective May 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, with the option to renew for up to three additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
