Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing agreement with the three Contracts as detailed in the letter dated March 7, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 3/9/22, Item #18), for reimbursement payments of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $32,000 from $77,000 to $109,000, and by extending the completion date from March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2027.
