Authorize the Division of State Police to amend federal pass-through ARRA funds from the NH Department of Justice (originally approved by G&C on 11-4-09, item #72), by reallocating the amount of $159,677, and to accept and expend an additional $12,487 for the purpose of continuing to fund the Cold Case Unit. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Transfers from other Agencies (ARRA) Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
